Regional Congestion Relief Fee
Who pays it? The seller at closing.
It came into effect back in July 1, 2013 to help fund the growing demand for transportation projects. Legislators passed the ruling to increase the Grantor Tax in the form of Congestion Relief fee.
It is 15 cents/$100 of the sales price
For example on an $800,000 sale the would be $1,200
